Why This Change?

The primary reason for this update is to ensure that we can manage our schedule efficiently and reduce the number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows. These occurrences affect not only our business but also other clients who are waiting for appointments. By securing appointments with a credit card, we aim to:

Ensure Availability: Allow more clients the opportunity to book their desired time slots.
Maintain Quality of Service: Ensure our staff can plan their schedules effectively to provide the highest level of care and attention.

How It Works:

When booking an appointment, you will be asked to provide your credit card information.
Your card will only be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up.
Our standard cancellation fee is 100% of scheduled services.

Please rest assured that your credit card information will be securely stored and handled with the utmost confidentiality. We value your privacy and adhere to the highest standards of data protection.

Arriving Late: If you are 10 minutes or more late for your scheduled appointment time, we may not be able to complete your full service or might need to reschedule depending on the type of service you have booked. Please be mindful of your appointment times and dates!

How are you sterilizing and cleaning implements and tools?

All porous tools ( files, buffers etc) are one-time use and get thrown out after every client. All other implements are surgical grade stainless steel and are scrubbed clean first by hand using anti-bacterial soap, then placed into an ultrasonic cleaner with a sterilizer solution for 5 mins, followed by 20 mins in a hospital grade sterilant bath. Tools are then stored in a clean and dry sealed drawer where they are safe from contamination.

Where are you located?

We are located at 2412 Beacon ave ( Suite C ). The entrance to the building is between Truth and Alibi Cannabis and Moden Clothing. Head up the stairs and we are the first door at the top!

Alternatively; we do have an elevator! Enter and press 2, go left, and we are the second door on the right.

Do you sell eminence organic skincare?

We absolutely do! Not only do we have a fantastic selection for our professional facials, we have a carefully curated selection of Eminence Organic Skincare for retail sale.

How early can i arrive for my appointment?

Because all treatments are totally private, you may find the door locked if you arrive before your booked appointment time. If you find the door locked with the 'treatment in session' sign up; I will be with you as soon as possible.

Do you have gift certificates?

Yes we do! They are available to purchase in person at the spa.

Do you offer financing for Body Contouring treatments?

No, not at this time. But we do offer amazing packages! Book a consultation to find out more!

Do you remove or apply Gel/Acrylic sculpted nails?

Not at this time.

How long can I expect gel polish to last?

Generally, a gel polish application can last up to two weeks.

How long can I expect traditional nail polish to last?

Up to 4 days with proper care :

- Ensuring the polish is completely dry before doing daily tasks is very important! This can take 2-4 hours.

- Wearing gloves while doing dishes, gardening, etc.

- Using cuticle oil regularly can increase the longevity of your manicure.

Do you offer spa services for children?

Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the spa. To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services. Children must be 13 or older to receive spa services.
